Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I contacted Bob's Painting by telephone and got an answer back right away.  We set a time to come look at the house at my convenience and Bob showed up right on time. He and all of his workers are punctual.  I think I got the estimate back within a day.  Bob and his crew showed up as scheduled and finished my house in 2 1/2 days. I have an old house with old wooden windows. That was no problem for them.  Everything looks great and I would definitely use them again.  Communication was great.  Time to finish the job was great.  Just all around great. :)
