"Jake an Josh were very knowledgeable about their product. Helpful in answering our questions and explaining the process. We will eventually be doing siding but we are starting with windows. I am so excited for all the work DaBella will be doing."

At Balsamroot Exteriors, we believe that every homeowner deserves a remodeling experience built on trust, quality, and true local expertise. Founded by Steven John McMullen, an Eastern Washington native with over a decade of experience, our company was created to fill a real gap in the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho market: the need for a contractor who genuinely puts the homeowner first.\n\nThe Balsamroot flower, our namesake, is a symbol of resilience across the Pacific Northwest. It flourishes after fires, stands strong through storms, and brings beauty to even the toughest landscapes. Thats the spirit we bring to every project. Whether its roofing, siding, windows, or gutters, our work is built to last and crafted carefully to protect your home through every season.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"The paint job is excellent, thanks for the fine work. It was great working with you, and will definitely be in touch if we have future paint needs."

"Great and on time, knowledgeable."

"I’m very satisfied with the exterior painting that Jonathan did for me. He communicated well with me and has a lot of experience and overall knowledge. He is fairly priced and even saved me money by painting/repairing my fence instead of replacing it which I had thought was not a option but looks great! I have a lot of projects to do around my place and when I’m ready to start another one I would trust Jonathan to help me complete it again."
