"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. Mark gave me a 2 hour window and checked in to let me know he was on his way. He cleaned the chimney and installed the cap and flashing in about an hour. First removal of all furniture then drying of walls, then opening of cement, then plumber to replace pipes and close cement. Finally carpet replaced and furniture moved back. 3 month process. But insurance paid for it for my 40.00 dollars a month."
