"From start to finish my experience with Mad City windows was excellent, from calling to get an appointment for estimate, for measurement of windows and installation. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient. The windows were in stalled in one day with all the old windows and site cleaned. The windows look great. "The finished product was very good. And, overall, I am very pleased with the work. However, there were several instances when the work was not begun when their scheduler indicated it would begin. Initially, I was contacted by the scheduler on a Friday and was told that their crew would come to my home that afternoon in order to power wash the house. In order to facilitate this, I left work in order to make sure the area immediately surrounding the house was clear of patio furniture, etc. The crew never showed until Sunday. During the power washing of the house, one of the window screens on the second floor was damaged. I left a message for Mr. Hostetter to let him know about this. I never received a response. After the house was painted, the person who was responsible to perform a repair on some damaged wood and the painting on that part of the house came to the home. I advised him of the damaged screen during the final inspection. While it was apparent that he really did not want to repair the screen, he did take it with him and promised to return it in about a week. That was in August. I have followed up with the company by email twice since that time and have not had a response."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"We had a plumbling issue that required them to cut holes in the drywall, I called out Handyman connection to repair the rather large holes. Andy did a fantastic job patching all the holes and matching the texture that was on the drywall! You can't even tell that a patch was done, the texture is that perfect.
They have done other jobs for me in the past (exterior painting and window reapir) and have always been great to work with.

"We refinished the basement and added a bedroom to a house we were rehabbing to resell.  In order to comply with building code, the bedroom had to have an egress window.  After getting several bids which were all similar in price, I selected Indiana Foundation to do the work since I had used them previously for foundation and basement waterproofing work.  They did an excellent job and when we had a problem with the City of Carmel building inspector, they came back out to make changes to make the inspector happy.  I appreciated their willingness to stand behind their work and to work with me to resolve the problems we encountered.  I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them to others wanting an egress window installed.
