We were taken advantage of by a previous window company, Texas Pride Windows and Doors / Brian Young, who stole our deposit and ghosted us. "Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them."

"I had a broken front window (window would not stay up) and based on an email from Angi, I called Chief Glass Services of Houston and made an appointment for someone to come out and look at my window. Russell came and he was great. I thought that I needed a brand new window but no, per Russell, the window just needed to be repaired. He didn't have the parts with him and said that he would order the parts and come back and he did. He repaired my window and it is working well. He is also going to come back and work on my glass shower door. I highly recommend Chief Glass Services of Houston for any glass work that you need to have done!"

"Window World rep called me 3 days before installation date, following by few e-mails reminder on what to expect & perform prior to installation. Crew chief called 30 mins before arriving. Upon arrival, crew placed mats near windows & few protective covers over beddings. Tearing down the existing old windows was the largest part of the construction project. Afterwards, installation begun & completed well. The crew of 5 were skilled & careful of their own responsibilities. Once completed (under 4 hours), crew chief & I walked & tested each & every double-hung windows. He showed me how to remove for cleaning & explained the unique no. for warranty purposes if needed. Remaining crew performed clean up inside & outside the house. Thank you for a job well done! Note: Sale Rep Dan Trader was very knowledgeable and professional during first initial house visit. On second visit, he carefully measured all existing old windows and frames. He explained well the process and lead time."
