"Adam was professional and friendly. Explained everything he did. Very efficient and did an excellent job on the sliders and the window."

"17 windows installed in one day by contractors that were very professional. They worked in the cold rain and tired to not have windows open for too long."

"The Paradise Team, from the person who measured our windows to the installation team, were very professional. Our new windows look great from both the inside and outside of our home. Without hesitation, we would recommend Paradise Exteriors to acquire and install your new storm windows."

"Corey arrived on time and was very presentable and personable. Corey removed the old screens and took them outside to his vehicle where his supplies were. He returned, shortly, with newly screened items and replaced them in window openings. I really appreciated his excellent response to the problem. Thanks, Angi, for another quality name."

"Great job--windows look good, and work well. A marble window sill was cracked during installation of one of the windows, and they replaced the sill and repaired the wall to look like new. Aaron Bauer, one of the co-owners was always available to address any concerns. I would definitely recommend Suncoast Windows and Siding"

"There was a severe lack of communication from the sales rep who was assigned to me. He was hard to get ahold of and wasn't responsive to my emails. There was also a big delay in getting my windows installed, I think they said there was an issue with the window supplier. My sales rep didn't keep me in the loop with what was going on with the delay. Someone from the window supplier actually called me and was very apologetic about the situation and was very responsive to me. I thought it was embarrassing for the Window Depot that the supplier was more responsive than they were. I told the supplier how unhappy I was with the service I was receiving and he called the owner of the Window Depot and the owner said he would send me a $100 gift card. It was a nice gesture but didn't make the situation right, in my mind. I had wanted to ask for a 10% discount but ended up not doing so. I wish I would have. But, at the end of the day, they installed a nice window and I guess that's all that matters."

"Waiting on window delivery before quality can be rated."

"Our installers Rickie and Rochell were very professional and did a fantastic job installing our windows. They kept us informed with what they were doing and installed them in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable about the windows. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank You!"

"I had a window screen and an outdoor door screen replaced. Nathan was very communicative and affordable. Him and his team did an excellent job! I would recommend and use them again."

"My windows were here in three weeks, and everyone else told me three months before they would come in. And my concern was I needed it done before hurricane season.. reasonably priced and happy with my windows."
