Contractor did come back to make needed repairs. Some money, $100.00 was taken off for each of the three windows. $100.00 was taken off for the skylight. Unfortunately, when they removed the skylight and raised it with 1 by 6's the skylight is not setting square in the opening. Also there is a new leak near the skylight. We will have to hire a different contractor to redo the skylight completely in the spring. Contractor never sent rubber roof guarantee as promised. My husband had to ask for it again when the contractor called about the Angies list rating. Rubber roof guarantee should be more than five years. The siding and soffit was done well but I have no confidence in the rubber roof. Even though the contractor did come back to try to make it right I don't feel I should have to worry about sloppy work and have to repeatedly ask them to do it right. Work should have been done right in the first place. Contractor overbooked his workers for other jobs which left them rushing to finish the work on our house.
