I did not really price them out against other services, but there is no question that I feel confident in my decision. The value and quality were great. For example, Stephen mentioned they would use a Bobcat to dig out the egress window. Tyson recommended that they hand dig the egress in order to save our Japanese Maple. "There was alot of paper work involved for the basic system plus numerous add ons such as window sensers, door sensors, glass breakage, etc. Once everything was set up and I made headway at learning how to operate the system, everything went fine. I am not in the position to compare other systems.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
