He did a great job at answering our questions and showing us what our options were without being in-your-face-buy-my-product sales guy. Once the custom made windows arrived a five man team lead by Joe. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. After laying out the windows and ensuring all their material;s were in place they got to work. By 3:30 PM all 21 windows were installed, all the trash picked up and the space around the windows had been vacuumed. The install was professional and polite, they stopped to answer my questions, they barely even took a lunch break.
