"They scheduled a meeting within a few days of my call to inquire about the service. The representative was punctual on that date. He surveyed the proposed project and inquired about our wishes. He then advised me about the alternatives that his company had to offer and the cost of each of them. Finally he prepared for our consideration a proposal outlining what would be done and the total cost. He advised us that the windows would be manufactured elsewhere and that this would take about a month from the date when we accepted the proposal. It eas slightly less thsn four weeks after we signed the contract thst we were told the windows had arrived and that the installation would be done within several days. The company contacted us two days before the project was to start which allowed us to arrange the rooms to provide unrestricted access during the installation.
The workers arrived at mid-morning to start the project and worked through the day, returning for two hours on the next day to complete the work. They were polite, did not disturb us during their work. and clearly were well prepared for the work at hand. They collected all of the old windows and any other materials that were generated and disposed of them.
I was most impressed with the knowledge of their business that all of the WindowWorld employees displayed and that they did their work so unobtrusively.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. John Adams came out to give me an estimate on a roof replacement and repair. He showed up on time and on the day that he promised. He gave me the actual estimate during his visit and walked me through the materials that they would use, how long the work would take and when he was available to do the work.

This was the highest estimate but I would have used them "hands down" if I wasn't going to sell my house. If this was going to be my forever home I wouldn't use anyone but Southern Grace Exteriors to do the roof replacement/repairs.
