"Jeff did an excellent job. Flexible with scheduling. Friendly and knowledgeable. Went over and beyond by replacing a support pole and rebuilt frame for the ac outside the window, and reinstalled a small roof over the ac. Interior work was well done. We highly recommend him."

"After working around Dorian Jeremy and Ron did a great job. The work was reasonably priced. The company name is Decked Out Builders Custom Construction. The phone number is: 1-352-233-5911. Date of work was Monday 09-02-2019."

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I spent two and a half hours with him. When I asked him a question he said it was included in the presentation. When I didn't sign up with him at the end of the presentation he asked why was I going to even consider those plastic windows his competitor are selling. I said cause your 11 thousand dollars more. Which was almost double the price. He said that I had a expensive car in my garage...so I must know what quality is. He said they had an excellent rating. I looked it up and there are so many complaints about their service. They looked like a nice window but I saw no reason to pay twice as much."

"I had a very good experience with David from Slide Wise Doors and Windows. He is very personable and professional! I had an aluminum-framed window that came off the tracks, and I was concerned that it would have to be replaced. David was able to order parts and repair the window, and also showed me how to regularly lubricate my other windows - good information for a homeowner. I would not hesitate to use Slide Wise again, and can confidently recommend this company and its highly skilled owner!"
