However, they came out and said that our windows had a lifetime warranty and that they would either be repaired or replaced. And that is what happened. I am so grateful for this company. "Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

The service team was wonderful and sent someone out immediately to get measurements to replace the glass and ensure we had secured it enough for the moment. (I had already called several other places who were looking to schedule someone out a few days later) I honestly can not say enough about Johnny and Maria and their compassion and understanding as we worked through getting the repair done and easing my mind!
