Cons: none David came to my property on May 2nd to provide me with a quote for window screens and window screen-frames. He was scheduled to arrive at 10am, which is the exact time he showed up. He did not hesitate to ask for a tour of the property to assess the amount of work involved. During this time, David kindly educated me on window screens and shared with me why he believed his product is far superior to many of the standard window screen-frames we see today. After his assessment and measurements, he provided me with a quote then and there. I was glad to see that Fast Screens provided me with a fair and reasonable quote. "Gen mgr./sales Rep is the real deal; many yrs experience, very open & straight shooting, offered multiple vinyl dual pane gas filled options, & worked w/us to make the price 'work' per our budget for the brand & quality level we wanted. He/they made sure they quickly placed the Manufacturer order, while squeezing our installation in/end of Sept. before we left on a trip. Installation team was organized & didn't mind my occasionally checking the walls & windows as they progressed, though i did find more than one or two cuts/dents in the vinyl framework, which while being minor blemishes, should have been avoided (whether caused during transportation or during installation). They cleaned up near the windows well, though failed to vacuum their dirty paths from front door to the liv. rm & bdrm (though they did also vacuum up the carport moderately well). Finally, & its not a major biggie but, when they reinstalled the long living room vertical blinds system, they didn't leave it working as well as it was before they showed up. This 14 yr old blinds system wasn't problem free before they arrived so, i chose to let this more difficult to use system remain an ongoing issue/not originally caused by Brothers Home Improvement."

"Guil's assistants installed the air conditioner in the window on Monday, June 6th, and did a good job, cleaning the window and removing the old AC. Guil came the next day and took away the old AC and caulked up the gaps in the seal on the new AC with his caulking gun. Guil was very courteous and upbeat about the install. We hope to use him again on a future project."

"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. That was awesome! Tony and his crew went above and beyond and I am so fortunate that I found his company! I highly recommend TME Construction.
