"A little more time was needed to complete the work than was first anticipated. Newlook removed the first roofing they had installed and replaced the sheeting, adding additional support members, before roofing the area again. Several lengths of the drip edge had to be redone when it was pierced in several places by nails that missed the wood along the fascia. Three other parts of the drip edge were reinstalled when we complained about sloppy miter joints. Newlook corrected all the issues we pointed out to them."
