"A plus service, Cathi Johnson recommended a glass company since I did not want to replace the window. Cathi went above and beyond to help me since I am no expert at windows. She gave a great recommendation and excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend Metropolitan high performance windows. I know when we do need an upgrade for all of our windows I will surely be making a call to Cathie."

"Great work on the windows."

"Fantastic. Everyone from start to finish was super professional and super friendly. The sales/estimate and measurement guys both did a great job explaining things to us, the windows look great and fit perfectly (already got compliments on them), and the guys installing the windows were all very respectful about keeping from making a big mess. Everyone we dealt with had great attitudes; they worked hard but were so friendly it felt like they were just friends helping out. Great service overall, much better than another place we checked out earlier, and the price was actually much more reasonable, too."

"This is our second window installation with Renewal By Anderson. We had an outstanding experience our first time around, and today our much anticipated installation of two very large stationary windows took place. Bebe and Ryan were our installers for this job. They were awesome!! They were friendly, they were prompt, and they even helped me figure out how to contact Anderson about a window screen that has been damaged by my landscapers. I very much appreciated their professionalism and their extra attention to detail. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for replacement windows. Thanks Bebe and Ryan, you guys are the best!!!"

"They replaced window slide latch at bathroom, replaced window screen at bedroom & living room sliding screen."

"From start to finish Michael was very patient with us. Weâ d never done a project of this size before and he made us feel comfortable with our purchase. The new windows and patio door were just beautiful! Itâ s made quite the difference in cutting out the sound from our busy street. Iâ ve also noticed that the AC isnâ t turning on as often and itâ s staying much cooler in our home. Looking forward to seeing how they work in the winter. On a side note, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean him and his crew were. I didnâ t expect the care they took with my home by using drop cloths through the house and covering my furniture in plastic! Needless to say if I had more windows to do, Iâ d hire him again! Thank you Michael!"

"Peter was very professional … was very happy with service….I have not had the windows installed yet"

"Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."

"I shopped around with other window and stucco/paint contractors before I chose Approved Contractor. Justin gave me a very detailed quote and worked with me to help me decide and define exactly what I wanted. He convinced me to go with the elastomeric coating over doing a re-stucco job because of its benefits of heat reflection, waterproofing, and it was basically the same price when you include the painting of all the eaves and trim on the house. I received a very fair price for each of the items and services, so decided to go with him for my entire home improvement project. Everything went quite smoothly despite delays of materials from suppliers due to COVID. Justin kept me informed as to progress of the manufacture and delivery of the windows, and was very responsive to my questions. The subcontractors he used to perform the work were all very skilled and professional. There were quite a few different people involved because of all the different things I was having done, so it got confusing at times when someone came to the door to do the day's work. In all, it took about 1 week to install 25 windows on my 2 story house (including sliding glass door), and 1 week to do the prep and paint/coating work. A few thousand $ in extra, unexpected expenses popped up, like replacing some dry-rot wood, extra stucco work around my new front door, and extra tiles for the new roof area, but Justin offered most of those additions to the contract at cost. I also know that there are often unexpected things that happen with new construction or reconstruction that cannot be seen and bid on beforehand, so I didn't feel like I was being taken to the cleaners with the extra costs. My house looks beautiful now, and I feel I made a very good investment, and a very good decision to go with Approved Contractor, Inc."

"Alex is very friendly, professional and honest with his work. He fixed a misaligned door that had been previously "fixed" by someone else in the past. He was able to properly fix the issue and I am so thankful I found him."
