Michael was so professional and prompt. I must say after he repaired my window the first time I was so overwhelmed about what had happened to me. He is serious about his work and cares about any job he is going to complete. My second window was a pretty large window and he handled everything with ease and quick. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
