Our dog did some major damage on bay window sill as well. Dave first did work for my husband over 20 years ago. Nothing has changed in all that time. He does the quality work now that he did then. In fact, he's better! He estimated the job, advised me where I could get the best costs on tile and styles (as I wanted to pick out the finishes). That was the deciding factor, as the other two companies were talking 6-8 weeks to install, and I didn't want to wait that long.  He would have finished all windows in one day, but the manufacturer gave him the wrong size picture window.
