"We had 6 windows and a patio door replaced. Gus the front man for the company was very clear about what we were getting and did not pressure us for anything more. After the first quote when I found that I could add more windows within my budget, it was as simple as taking the measurements and forwarding them to him. The windows came with in the time frame I was told, and the workmanship was top notch. They covered all the work areas in the inside of the house with tarps, and cleaned up well afterwards. I only found one problem and that was a screen with a hole in it which was promptly replaced within a couple of weeks. No money was exchanged until all the work was done and the screen replaced. I will use them for further work down the road, and highly recommend them."

"I really can't say enough good things about the whole team at Siding and Windows Group (SWG).   Re-siding an entire house with a top-notch product like James Hardie is an expensive project. So we were quite nervous about doing it, especially selecting colors and design elements.  The designer/salesman (Bartek) made suggestions that we hadn't thought of, and helped us to pick all the right elements for this project.   There was no pressure - we had time to drive around the area and look at other houses that they had worked on and how the colors and different sizes of planks looked on real houses instead of on a small sample chip.
The crew who did the work were excellent - Adam, Andrew, & the Other Guy whose name I can't remember (sorry).   We also dealt with Greg, the owner, and Jola, who was a project manager.   The site was cleaned up at the end of each day, and everyone kept us informed at each stage, responded quickly when we had a concern, and made sure that 100% of the project was done to our satisfaction.  And it was.
The job took several weeks, including days off for bad weather during the winter.   The house is over 100 years old, so there's always surprises when work is done.  This project was no exception.   The biggest issue was the roof over the porch.  After the existing gutters and soffits were removed, it turned out that the wood frame was so rotted that it could not support the Hardie product. After some discussion, SWG ended up removing it and rebuilding a new roof over the porch.  It certainly wasn't in the initial scope of the project, but it was well worth it.   We're really happy with the final results.
