"Great communication! Very trust worthy !!! Itâ  s like a different home when we get back After theyâ  ve done their amazing job of cleaning!!! Same people every time so very comfortable ! We highly recommend this service!!!"

"They are more than merely Maid Service. I asked for a detailed and cleaning; floorboards, cabinets (in and out) walls (all) Kitchen (fully) bathrooms (floors shower). And they did so much more. They worked extremely hard, and since my husband and I had both recently been down with cancer, our home needed the exact touch they gave. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and just wonderful. I will use them again, since I do not imagine my husband and I getting any younger to do all that they did. The price was reasonable for the service they gave. They get 10 out of 10 starts from us. You will not be sorry using this company."

"Quick and friendly service! Would absolutely hire again."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Cleaned out gutters, reaffixed/repaired gutter guards, cleaned moss/lichen growth from roof, and a few other items. Called first to clarify project requirements and provided a cost for the service. Completed the project and was professional from start to finish."

"They have done an amazing job with cleaning our commercial oven hood exhaust systems! We've had several of our Domino's locations serviced by Capital Steam and I would highly recommend them. Kathryn has been great to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of."
