Replacement was not a service they did, but they did supply the name of a company to contact for replacement. They were very honest, only charged for the services they provided. The furnace wouldn't shut off because of the way that he connected to the furnace, so I had to go into the attic and manually shut it off, removed the jumper wires he forgot, and put the furnace back together.
