She’s helped me get better organized because sometimes I just get stuck and can’t seem to get anything done. She is very into tending to what you need cleaned. I ask her to do additional things like clean stair railings and or clean up clutter and she helps out. I highly recommend Marisol. She’s awesome."

"I would definitely recommend Advanced the cleaning services because they are fantastic. Well worth the money which was not expensive it goes by how big your home is. But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. After it was cleaned, he showed me the pictures of it, and I was amazed of the Difference, well worth the money definitely recommend them they were on time and the fact they were early and it was great and I am on the schedule to be done in another year because I have animals that live in the home. "were Osterling was the only one of the four service providers I had contacted over the past two years whose estimate to rehab. our fireplaces was less than what it had recently cost us to replace our roof.  They were also the only one who confidently asserted that they could fix the sooty odor problem of the upstairs fireplace They were also the only ones who did not need us to hire a plumber for the gas line installation.  They sold us a beautiful gas log, did not break a sweat over the inevitable job specific challenges, and came in for a final bill that was less than the estimate.  I have not written a review until now because I needed the cold weather to allow for at least a half dozen fires in each fireplace to confirm a no-problems status.
