This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis."

She met the needs that I needed even though some of it is not on the normal check list that they do. She goes above and beyond to help me and to make sure everything is satisfactory to me. The ladies that have come to clean are wonderful and friendly. When possible, Ginger tries to make sure you keep the same person, which I like. I also like having a different person every once in while because everyone cleans different. Whenever I have had a problem, Ginger or Kathy have been quick to resolve the issue. I even have referred a friend who had cancer and needed help cleaning her house. Ginger was also a big help for her. She went above and beyond to help her out as well. For the price you pay , you get more than your money's worth."
