He did a top notch job, was very concerned on how satisfied we were during the whole cleaning job. He cleaned things that we never cleaned before! The porch is 20 x 20 and now too much for us to handle. Got rid of patches of mold on ceiling , cleaned ceiling fan, all lights inside, our outdoor kitchen, patio furniture and more! Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. I should also state two years ago we had a new HVAC installed by Swift and continually had problems with it. After many service calls with little luck correcting the issue, Swift installed a new unit. Five more stars to Swift for integrity!"
