"Although I liked Latitia & her husband a lot, their service was "a lick and a promise" at best. We negotiated a price that was based on 3 hours, yet they were only here an hour. For the cleaning, they moved nothing on counters nor furniture on the floors. This was a superficial cleaning at best ... and when they were here for only 1 hour (instead of the 3 we discussed), I gave her an opportunity to adjust her price; she didn't. And so, for what they charged me, this "cleaning" was not particularly good ... and it was way overpriced!"

"I’ve had Dryer Vent Wizard out several times now over the years and both the customer service and the actual service are outstanding. I noticed a difference each time they clean my vent and both service professionals that have been here are very professional and very kind. At one point, the owner actually fixed my sink as well as cleaned my dryer vent. I recommend them regularly."
