"Although I liked Latitia & her husband a lot, their service was "a lick and a promise" at best. We negotiated a price that was based on 3 hours, yet they were only here an hour. For the cleaning, they moved nothing on counters nor furniture on the floors. This was a superficial cleaning at best ... and when they were here for only 1 hour (instead of the 3 we discussed), I gave her an opportunity to adjust her price; she didn't. And so, for what they charged me, this "cleaning" was not particularly good ... and it was way overpriced!"

"It was wonderful. Rosa and her daughter Katherine offered an estimate. They removed their shoes before entering, and of course were wearing masks the whole time, keeping 6 ft distance. We agreed on a price (3 bed 2.5 bath 2200 sq ft house not deep cleaned in years with 4 pets) of $220 for the first time deep cleaning. On the day of they were a few minutes early, brought all their own sanitized supplies, worked around the house wearing masks the whole time did every tiny detail (even washed up a few dishes I had in the sink awaiting the dish washer) and remade all the beds. They dusted every service, cleaned the oven, microwave, sink, baseboards, windows, and of course, floors, bathrooms, bedrooms etc. I felt totally safe, and my house has not looked this good in a very long time. I felt their price was exceptional- I had another cleaning service come and give me an estimate and they gave me an estimate of $325. I am happy they will be coming again in 2 weeks to keep it on track- and that will be a lower maintenance cleaning rate. Highly Recommend."

"Talk about exceptional quality service! AA Window washing scheduled me within a week. They showed up on time and were very courteous and incredibly careful when cleaning the windows inside the house. Most importantly they did a phenomenal job! Their attention to detail is what makes them stand out, from cleaning the moulding around the windows to scrubbing the screens, and not a streak to be found inside or out. The price charged was as quoted and definitely reasonable. Bruce and his associate were thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with.
