He took the time to explain that the type of panel in our house is not used any more, and pointed out some improper wiring that had been done during a renovation, prior to us owning the house. He recommended (without pressure) that we replace the panel at some point and quoted a discounted rate that his company was offering on Angie's List. We also asked for a price to wire four bedrooms for overhead lights/fans, and to install two new outlets for wall-mounted televisions. Joseph emailed a detailed quote within the next few days and we scheduled the work. He arrived early on the scheduled day, along with several employees. We reviewed the tasks to be completed and they got to work. The work was finished quicker than expected, and Joseph waited for me to return from work so that he could walk through everything. We found that a mistake had been made in labeling the fuses in the breaker panel, and he went through the entire house with me until we found the problem and fixed the labeling on the panel. Joseph and his employees were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. It is nice to see the owner of a company have such a hands-on approach to their work. We would definitely use Nasr Electric in the future."
