"My cooling system is about 40 year old, but it started to need more pressure when it was turned on, and my heated needed a cleaning and a minor maintenance, so I had Perfect Star do an analysis to see how my two machines were doing. After a review was conducted, by flowing the panel requirements, both heater and cooling system needed to be upgraded. The new system is a Lennox. The cooling system has more ventilation than my previous one. The heater is only 14 inches across. I also have a smart thermostat which can be operated by phone or by touch. I am reading the manual so I can operate my preferred settings. Overall, I am pleased with my new system and with the workers that can to install the system. Thank you"

"ray and his team were flexible and bright great ideas to the table. we fully upgraded electrical to code and got ready for solar. the team did a great job protecting the home, talking us through the changes dictated by code and responding to news requests on the fly. most importantly, ray pulled permits from the city and PGE much faster than i expected; a very pleasant turn of events!"

"We have an old house built in 1918 that had knob and tub wiring and previous owners had done some questionable things over the years with the wiring throughout the home. Nery and the team did a great job rewiring our entire home and installing a new panel and subpanel. They were reasonably priced, professional and answered all the questions we had."

"Anthony was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed and installed some lighting fixtures as well as troubleshooted our refrigerator problem and restored power to our home."

"We highly recommend Mendez Electric for any electrical and/or general construction work you need done on your home. We hired Mendez Electric, a multi-generational family business, in 2024 at the recommendation of a neighbor who had used them to completely rewire their 100-year-old home in Berkeley's Elmwood neighborhood. Mendez Electric did a full inspection and report of our electric system, which still included a lot of knob and tube. We ultimately hired Mendez Electric to undertake a major electrical project (six figure project) for our older home which included: 1) a complete system/wiring upgrade and installation of a 300 amp service panel upgrade. This work included all relevant permitting and coordination with PGE. Mendez Electric’s staff are highly knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, competitively priced and focused on high customer service. We have hired Mendez Electric in subsequent months to handle several smaller general construction projects, e.g., cement/sidewal"

"They installed a new lighting system in our office building, and the results are fantastic. The team was professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the project. They even worked around our schedule to minimize disruption. I’ll definitely use them again for future projects"

"My pro Sal was very efficient in clearing manifold problems. He was patient in listening when I was trying to explain the problems that I was having. I had made a list and we went through all of the conditions that were giving me grief. After a system reboot something strange having to do with the font occurred. I called Sal and he worked remotely going through changes that had been made. The problem was finally resolved. I was very pleased with Sal's ability to decipher what this layman (laywoman) was trying to say. If I have problems in the future, I will contact Sal."

"Chad was awesome! Looking forward to getting or home electrical up to code With Dalcon."

"I wanted to replace my non-functional HVAC system with new HVAC system in my home. I got six price quotes and after comparing them I selected Bell Brothers. They gave me outstanding product and a wonderful service! The best thing I like about this company is their desire to satisfy their customer to its fullest extent. They demonstrated that they "actually" care for their customer. My specifications were very stringent in terms to features of the system but they made sure they do everything to make me happy. By the way, they gave me the best price that no one else could beat! I wish this company to flourish and prosper and set a perfect example for others."
