"Good day! After quite a bit of research, several site visits, and quotes from multiple companies, we had Hurricane Home Solutions install a Champion 8.5 kw automatic standby generator to provide fully automatic emergency power to 10 essential circuits in our home. After extensive renovation of our home this past summer and many years of experience with a manual transfer/portable 3.5 kw propane generator we knew an "essential circuits" solution for our home was both what we wanted and what would fit into our budget. All but one of the companies who came to the house to quote a system refused to quote any system under 14 kw which would be a whole-house solution here and was double what we had in our budget to spend. Jordan, from Hurricane Home Solutions, listened carefully to our needs and agreed the smallest Champion generator would be entirely adequate and his quote was within our budget. This past week the installation team from Hurricane Home Solutions came out, Todd, Eric, and Mike, and installed the generator and transfer switch in about 5 hours start-to-finish. They were polite, personable, and professional. They placed drop clothes where necessary inside. Outside they were careful around our landscaping and gardens. Todd, "the inside man," took time to go over which circuits would be connected to the transfer switch and confirm they were accurately labeled. Eric, "the outside man," made sure the generator was located according to code and where it would be as inconspicuous as possible yet easy to service. Mike helped both as needed. All were excellent and once the install was completed, Todd took time to demonstrate the system, answer any questions I had, and ensure I understood what regular maintenance was needed. Just this morning I walked through everything they had done and tested the system myself to assure myself I knew what would happen when and how the system would behave. We will have to see how things hold up, but this Champion generator was highly rated by the most trusted consumer-rating organization and is covered by Champion with a 10-year warranty. At this point, I could not be happier. Thank you!"

"We are really happy with the work. CDE provided great advice to position new fixtures plus what to look for in selecting and placing the lights, outlets and wiring to minimize work to patch ceiling after the install. Definitely knowledgeable and courteous. CDE gave prompt estimates and stayed on budget and schedule. We will definitely use CDE again."

"Excellent overall experience. Materials used were top shelf. Install of system was done efficiently and with care. I would highly recommend William and his team."

"Through a thorough investigation I found that there are few people in the United States who know how to properly install lightning rods. The grounding is essential for it to be effective. There are some companies who think they know how to install a lightning rod system, seem very cost effective, but take the time to find out exactly what they plan to do on your building. Seamus Donohue has been in the business for years, is well known and respected by the premier supplier in Missouri of lightning rod supplies, goes all over the country and does excellent work with very pleasant employees. We would recommend this company to anyone who feels the need to get lightning rods for a building. Little trivia--1 in every 200 homes will be hit by lightning this years AND lightning does strike twice in the same place!"

"I was very pleased with the service they worked with me in every situation and got the job done when they said I am very happy with there service would use them and recommend them Cynthia"

"I had an Absolutely Fantastic Experience!! My husband & I were so lucky to have gotten Jason Scharf to come out to our home, he was very insightful, helpful, courteous and very professional. Jason explained step-by-step what he was doing along the way & what would work best within our home with 4 different price ranges that would work for us. Jason was very informative. He mentioned and advised me on some items that would require attention on a monthly basis which I was grateful for. Upon completion, he reviewed the bill and explained any questions that I had. I was very pleased. Overall, Jason’s work was outstanding. I would recommend Jason from Astar to anyone I know that is in need of a central air system in their home. He was one of the kindest, funny and coolest Design Specialists by far. Thanks again Jason you're the Best! We can't wait for everything to be completed."

"The electrician installed a bathroom fan and replaced the batteries in my smoke detectors which are located on very high ceilings.

"I ended up having the company fix my problem remotely, and it was amazing. I spoke to someone on the phone, who then scheduled a tech. The tech called me and walked me through the process to give them remote access to my computer. I watched every step as he removed the malware, cleaned up the hard drive and up graded the operating system. It was a little more expensive than I wanted, but my alternative was to get a new computer. Now it works like new, at a fraction of the cost! I will have another computer in my house done as well."
