"Scott helped us with rewiring our lights in our swimming pool and also helped us with other electrical issues in our old home. Scott is a total pro and knows his stuff. We will definitely call him whenever we have electrical projects in our home and are planning to have him help us with some design projects in the near future."

"David was recommended by Home Depot. He called right away, provided a quote, and was out the next day. He was professional, personable, and worked quickly. He his bill was what he had quoted over the phone and his work was very satisfactory. I will call him again when I need electrical work done."

"I had Kraz Electric (Ryan) install 3 ceiling fans for me. I got 3 bids for the job, and Ryan's was the most reasonable. I suspected from the outset that he would be highly competent. My suspicions were well founded. Ryan and his apprentice, Alex, were professional, friendly, and did a great job. Ryan was also quite helpful regarding other electrical-related concerns that I have about my home. He explained things willingly and helpfully. Very highly recommended."

"Needed a large chandelier hung on a 17 ft ceiling. I told the office staff their tech would need scaffolding, an extra large ladder or perhaps an assistant. Unfortunately the tech showed up alone and without the large ladder, so we had to reschedule for the next week. Once he had the proper equipment, the tech was great. Worked efficiently and took extra care. Pricey and took an extra week, but the work turned out well."

Always start by confirming the pro’s license number, insurance coverage, and experience level. Visit the electrician’s website, scan recent customer reviews, and verify credentials with your local labor department. Request proof of liability insurance and at least two references that you can contact. These quick checks take only a few minutes but go a long way toward ensuring safe, code-compliant work and protecting your home in the event of an issue.
Grouping several electrical jobs into one appointment means you pay a single service-call fee and one set of travel expenses. Instead of asking a pro to return three separate times for outlets, switches, and fixtures, have everything tackled in one visit. The electrician stays productive, and you avoid extra trip charges, often shaving a sizable chunk off the final bill without compromising quality.
DIY electrical work can be dangerous and, in many areas, illegal without a license. One miswired connection risks shocks, fires, or expensive damage. Licensed electricians carry the right tools, follow local code, and know how to shut down power safely before they start. Hiring a pro may cost more upfront, but it protects your home, family, and insurance coverage in the long run.
From average costs to expert advice, get all the answers you need to get your job done.

Discover how much electricians charge based on their location, experience level, the project at hand, and the urgency of the service.
