"I've only had the initial service, and it was a positive experience. The person who cleaned our home worked smart / hard and spoke positively about Merry Maids, which I paid attention to. I've never used a service like this before and our home was a disaster (2 working parents & a toddler). I'm looking forward to the many benefits of having this service over time & appreciated receiving our very first service. Thanks Merry Maids!"

"Alex and his crew arrived exactly on time. I hired them to clean inside and outside windows and screens. They were very professional and courteous. They also worked efficiently and quickly. Past window cleaner took 5 hours. They finished everything in a little over 2 hours. My windows and screens look great."

"The communication was a bit poor but Mr. Browning was very friendly and once the ball got rolling, the customer service was pretty good. I've yet to see the "full results" from having the lawn de-thatched, seeded and fertilized - but that's normal."

"Robert was very professional and detailed in his work! He was extremely helpful in answering the questions I had and also gave me some advice. Definitely recommend Robert to anyone in Michigan!"
