She cleaned it, replaced the broken parts, replaced out of code parts and disinfected the vent. She was very kind and quick. I enjoyed seeing what they were cleaning because the home I had purchased has never had their air ducts cleaned so I got to see firsthand what they look like before and how they were after and it is amazing to see the difference and the air is now cleaner.
