"I am a customer for 9 years and continue to be very pleased with the dependability and quality of the service. Staff is very professional and reliable. Recommend for move in, move out, spring/fall cleaning and regular cleaning service. No hidden surprises in pricing and online pricing tool very helpful when getting estimates."

"I purchased the Deep Cleaning Package from Norma, she and 2 other cleaning ladies showed up and cleaned for 8 straight hours with no breaks. Not a spec of dust left behind, I will continue using them for regular and deep cleanings."

"We hired Them consistently for the past year. I highly recommend their service. We are very loyal because of their quality of work and communication. They have never let me down."

"During the initial walkthrough with the cleaner, my girlfriend and I outlined our expectations and highlighted specific areas that needed attention, particularly emphasizing the importance of dusting in every room. However, after the cleaning was completed, I noticed several areas that did not meet the standards we discussed. Certain spots that we specified in our initial conversation were left untouched. While the cleaner performed adequately, the overall outcome was comparable to what an average person could achieve on their own. The fee charged seemed disproportionate to the quality of the service provided, and I believe that Angie's List could improve their screening process for service providers. Given that the cleaner spent over three hours in my home, I had anticipated a much more thorough job. Ultimately, I decided not to request further attention to the unsatisfactory areas, as I felt it would not be productive after such a significant amount of time had already been spent."
