I asked him to wear a mask and his response was I have been vaccinated, the point is you could still be a carrier and if I ask you to wear a mask in MY HOUSE, thatâ s what I mean. It is to keep everyone in MY HOUSE safe. Not a debate but other than that the cleaning was very thorough."

"Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."

"After reading mixed reviews, I decided to give Michelle a try as she was the only person I called that said she was willing to clean the grout in my floors and baths. She arrived on time, and she worked non-stop for close to 6 hours. She did a great job. My bathroom has never been so clean. The grout in my kitchen floor was very clean! She did windowsills, baseboards, etc. I will definitely be hiring her again and recommending her. She explained that she got the bad reviews after she was in a bad accident, and was not 100% recovered."

"Tim showed up when he said he would. Had to use numerous ladders including 32 footer to clean the gutters. Moved tarp around to catch the gutter material. Dumped this material in woods.
