"Very thorough initial assessment by the owner made sure we were prepared as well as the house prior to services performed. This insured the best quality service was provided, very flexible on timing, knowledgeable about services and what we should expect. Made the process very predictable, especially for our busy schedules. Quality service wins every time would hire again thank you."

"Excellent service and quality of work! We had our gutters and windows cleaned by Ben, Alec (?) and Justin AND they were an amazing crew! They took pride in their work with the attention to detail, professional and friendly. Will definitely have Michigan Elite return again!"

I needed help and Above & Beyond swept in and cleaned my house, cleaned things I didn't even see anymore, it made such a beautiful difference and I wasn't embarrassed to have people in after the wedding. Outstanding service and I will hire again. I still am admiring their work 2 weeks later."

"From the professional front office 1st calls and never changing competitive quotation with Kaley, to the appreciated email follow up from Jared prior to our service date, to the fabulous house, front walk, rear patio stone, and exterior window cleaning we could not be happier with the results that Mickey delivered today. "Very professional and great customer service. Don was very knowledgeable and before starting the cleaning explained in detail the entire process."

"Didn't clean up all of the wet footprints on the floor and wash-streaks from the shower tile. Didn't get the top of one cabinet that was heavily soiled from kitchen grease and dust cleaned down to a clean top - a difficult one for us to reach. Overall, however, was excellent."
