They brought a couple of guys to make sure they could figure it out and they got the job done in a timely manner and the charge was fair I thought. I had the main guy take a quick look at my furnace before he left and talked about some problems we were having, and he gave me a quote for doing an inspection/tuneup and helping us get better air flow upstairs - I haven't taken them up on that yet but plan to in the near future.
