Tom then came out to look at the house and talk about our specific needs. We went through room by room to talk about expectations. He then gave me a price to clean my home and add me to the schedule. He was awesome, personable and professional. Taylenn then came to clean. I was present for the first cleaning. He was here right on time and got right to work. I really liked that he checked the chimney stacks, for pointing etc. Best of all he took photos of the our 3 of 6 chimney stacks on the roof and sent them to us. Now we understand this one shared chimney with 6 stacks in it, 3 for us and 3 for our row house neighbors. Definitely would hire again and recommend. I could not find cost of cleaning, but was reasonable."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
