The service was completed to our satisfaction but require extra time. They made sure any of our concerns were handled the same day which is better than having to reschedule for another day. They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture.
