"Very knowledgeable about dryer venting. Recommended only a level of service that was needed, did not try to oversell his services. Will definitely call on him for the next dryer vent cleaning."

"I hired them to sweep the chimneys for my fireplace and woodburning stove. A tech arrived on time and was pleasant. However he admitted he was new to the company and industry and after looking at the fireplace and woodburning stove informed me that he was not familiar with the two systems and could not do the work. He took pictures and told me his boss- the company owner- would call me the following week to set a time for a more experienced person to do the work. They never called. I called twice and left messages that were not returned. I appreciate the fact the tech did not try and do the job he was not comfortable with and mess something up. However very disappointed they did not call back or at least return my calls. I guess they were not interested since it was a more challenging job."

"Did great work and cleaned up after themselves!!"

"Very professional service!! Timely and quality work.."

"Showed up at a decent time. Initial review revealed that the fireplace could not be cleaned, and to not use it due to rust. Provided an estimate to replace firebox and venting."

"Customer service was great , differences in estimates between companies was great, and he also cleaned up after the job."

"prompt service, cleaned up after themselves, professional !"

"Great person to deal with. As a hvac contractor I would highly recommend this business on any home improvement projects."

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
