Tom then came out to look at the house and talk about our specific needs. We went through room by room to talk about expectations. He then gave me a price to clean my home and add me to the schedule. He was awesome, personable and professional. Taylenn then came to clean. I was present for the first cleaning. He was here right on time and got right to work. "D&G Chimney Sweeps were fantastic! I recently had a new hot water heater installed by Mr Water Heater. I was told there was a slight backdraft and to have my chimney cleaned. I called D & G Chimney Sweeps and left a message. I received a call back within the hour. Mr. Matthews explained everything to me and answered all my questions over the phone. He offered to come out that same day, but I wasn’t able to accommodate. He and his employee came out the next day, right on time, and resolved the issue, and cleaned up, within 1.5 hours. He removed the blockage and all the debris from my chimney. He replaced the vent and reconnected it back into my chimney. All were nice and respectful. When he was done, he explained everything they did. I was happy to learn he also does electrical work. I will certainly use those services from him when needed. Highly recommend!"

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
