"Fantastic job. Tyler L and Tyler H were both terrific. They cleaned out the entire duct system, and did a very thorough job. They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. Tip top, all the way."

"Maria does a fabulous job! She works really hard the whole time she's working and it turns over every stone to make sure it's all clean."

"The project was cleaning the wood stove chimneys. They were very good and cleaned up the dust and soot. I will hire them again in the future."

"I was contacted promptly after my request for a quote, and had the cleaning service same-day. Great communication and quality service."

"Very professional and meticulous service."

"This is the first time we use the Company Expert Property to do our roof and gutter cleaning. The crew lead by Damon has done an excellent and very professional job. I would recommend to my friends for their service."

"Over the past 20 years, we have had several companies service our fireplace. Luckily, a neighbor recommended Cory at 3 Rivers Chimney to us in 2017, who is tremendous! He has inspected our chimney, cleaned the flue, sealed the flashing and repaired visible cracks. Unlike the companies in the past who charged each time for cleaning, he explained to us that our chimney doesn't require annual cleaning due to the Xtroardinaire fireplace. His honesty, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness are beyond compare! He also leaves the areas where he has worked very clean. We wouldn't use anyone else!"

"Excellent customer service. Real human on the initial outreach. Timely and great work!"

"They were very quick to come and do the work, they worked hard to accomplish what needed to be done, and came back when needed. Will call them again when we need the gutters cleaned out next year!"
