They also replaced the entire second floor with new flooring and made multiple subfloor and sheetrock repairs. The primary bedroom required multiple coats of paint and he painted with precision. We also had new carpet installed in the bedroom and a handrail installed at the top of the stairs. After all the construction was complete him and his team cleaned every inch of the house and sealed the original hardwood floors for years to come.
