Get matched with top cleaning & maid services pros in Townsend, TN

"After going through 2 different services with other companies this year, I found Maid 2 Shine. I had them come in on a one time deep clean before making a commitment to ongoing service. WOW! Incredible Job!! They do charge by the hour and were here for approx 6 hours, but they cleaned things I don't think have ever been touched! Such a thorough job I am certain recurring general cleans are going to be sufficient for a while. Extremely pleasant team came to the home and communication with the scheduling team has been very easy."

"Tammy was great from first contact,Very professional , excellent cleaning service , they will definitely be back on a regular basis."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
