He even noticed a poor installation of a roof vent and was able to correct it. We noticed the same issue on a neighbor's roof and he was able to go over and fix that as well. He's very fair and will only fix things if they really need it (both my house and the neighbors have 2 roof vents, but he determined that only 1 needed correction). We're both going to use him again to fix some soffit vents as well."
