"Just wanted to do a quick shout out to Andrew at Simmons Power Wash! Long story short because we had no grass as a new build I had to water like crazy, and as most of you know our water in McHenry is VERY hard here and it left hard water spots all over my vinyl siding. I went through 4 different companies who all tried actual power washing and different chemicals with no luck unfortunately. When I found Andrew we did a different approach and he actually hand washed it and brushed it, as well as we hooked up to my water softener as well. Andrew spent over 5 hours here and happy to report he got it all the hard water spots off. He even came back a second time for free as a few spots needed a little more TLC after everything dried. I canâ t recommend him high enough, he truly goes above and beyond for his customers, you wonâ t be disappointed!"

"Very nice and professional, did amazing work in a very timely manner. Powerwash and gutter clean looked amazing. Price point was great! Highly recommend"

"He arrived within an hour of the start time and carefully covered the ground and surrounding fence that didn’t need paint, so the paint was properly directed. He applied 2 coats, as discussed. Though he didn’t do any repairs on the fence, this was not contracted. So, he accomplished exactly what he said, without giving that extra touch."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Ismael Painting and Remodeling! They did an outstanding job building my new deck, completely remodeling my kitchen, and fixing the water problem in my basement. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. They were professional, reliable, hardworking, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. It’s hard to find a contractor you can truly trust, but Ismael and his team delivered excellent workmanship from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be using them again for future projects. If you’re looking for honest, high-quality remodeling work, I highly recommend Ismael Painting and Remodeling!"

"Jasmine and Angel were very well informed on painting, wood, power washing, carpentry. They were fast and efficient. The house, deck and railings look fabulous! They are very nice, friendly and have a strong work ethic. Las Mela's Painting is a winner and I will certainly hire again and refer them. Rich and Jan S. in Wauconda"

"They also cleaned my windows"

"All work completed in one day All debris were cleared up afterwards"

"Rob responded very quickly and finished the job that day! I would recommend him highly!"

"Tony came over to remove a sink and install a new one and patch and paint the powder room. His work was excellent and he made some minor suggestions which were great. He worked with me on the price when adding some extra work and unlike many workmen he vacuumed the room after patching the walls. He was so great in many areas we have decided to hire him in remodeling our master bathroom. Finally found a competent and talented handyman!"
