He was very accessible. Once the work was completed, Leon and myself walked around the property and inspected the work. He made sure that I was completed satisfied before everything was finalized. Their pricing was competitive, and they offered a different type of roof replacement that avoided the old roof having to be removed. I'd never heard of their process so I researched it and discovered it was widely used, and was particularly advantageous to buildings in coastal areas of the US. Erik was prompt, the crew was great, and the cleanup was spectacular. My only complaint was that I had delays getting my call returned when a minor problem occurred.
