We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. After we received the quote, the work was done within the scheduled time and completed as agreed. I would definitely consider On Top again for future roofing needs."

"Obtained an estimate for a re-roof from Action and the level of detail was far above all other contractors I spoke with. Every possible aspect was clearly detailed in the spec leaving no room for hidden charges. The spec also included two variations to the approach as we spoke about , something dropped by other contractors. David also included CAD diagrams of how the tapered insulation would be applied which really helped me understand the process better David was quick in providing the estimate and responding to emails and addressed my repeated questions. The pricing was competitive with other estimates i received, but not overly aggressive I ultimately was unable to go with Action roofing due to scheduling conflicts (mine, not Action roofing) but would consider them in the future due to their professionalism and attention to detail"

"Loved James who came to do the estimate. He spent time educating me which I truly appreciate. Estimate done quickly, and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that 10 days after they had a signed contract I was still calling and asking for a tarp over the site of the leak as storm after storm caused leaking into my bedroom where despite having buckets to catch the rain it was still ruining my hardwood floors. I spoke and wrote emails to Melissa to ask for a tarp and either was told they “were too busy to come out”or did not even return my calls. Thankfully once I was able to bypass Melissa, Mr PJ Willard intervened and a tarp was up the next day and the roof done immediately after. Great work, completed quickly once started. I will never be sure if Melissa is solely responsible for decision making, or she is told to delay requests. Either way, sorry to say it was the only bad part of the job. Otherwise A plus."

"I was so glad our condo association hired joe and his company. Firstly, they carefully looked over the work, gave a good estimate. They answered questions I didn't know I had and explained the entire roofing process. They showed up when they said they would and he came with a large crew and got the work done in one day and it was hot! They did a wonderful job and did more than they had contracted for. A few weeks later we had a small leak. They responded immediately and took care of the problem. I am a trustee for a small (eight unit) condominium association.
