"I was referred to them from a friend who had a bathroom done. When he met with my friend, he told my friend that they are a one stop shop kind of a company. They do additions, roofing, and so on. I had them come over, they did some work on my place. It went fantastic. I am very, very happy. The owner, Robert, actually came out to the house. He was actually the guy who was doing the work along with his workers which really made me happy. He was not just a guy who came out and sold me the work. He was the first one at my house and he was the last one to leave. I have very little trust for people who come to work on my home. They were very professional, very clean. I thought they were fantastic. The day I contacted them, they came out. They ended up coming right on the clock and when they ended up having to stay later in the day to finish, they went to all my neighbors to tell them they would need to be working a little bit later so there might be some noise. They gave me a great warranty on it. He even had the warranty notarized for me. I have never had anyone do that."

I made contact with Emmett and we set up  a date for him to come and perform the work.  I also sent him pictures of the area that needed to be replaced.  He was extremely helpful and also sent me a list of supplies that I would need to have to complete the job.  When he arrived, he was friendly and professional.  He informed me of the different reasons that there was wood rot and also pointed out different problems with my gutters, roofing etc. He quickly got to work and did an excellent job of replacing the wood to the fascia.  I also explained that I was having someone come to do a job on my roof and he told me what to look for.  When he finished he did a thorough clean up and also put the extra wood in the garage.  I am thoroughly pleased and I am looking forward to doing other projects with Titan Construction.  I recommend them in the highest regard!!!!!
