"Competitive pricing, Quality premium level architectural shingles, Quality of work, Hard working people tear down and install roofing in one day and cleaned up debris on the same day. Everything was done per schedule, Vlad Smolyanov sales person took lots of time to explain the options, checked existing roofing, recommended the right kind of shingles and very professional to work with. I highly recommend Victorâ s roofing."

"Very happy with the outcome. We were dreading this job as we have extensive plantings around the entire perimeter of our home. A tear-off and roof replacement is by definition a very messy job. The crew did a great job protecting and respecting our numerous plantings -- thus we had minimal damage. They spent significant extra effort to haul all the debris across the roof to small landing spot in front. Not the cheapest bid but we are happy we went with this boutique roofing -- quality materials and crew"

"Very organized with excellent communication for questions, scheduling, etc. Came out with a large crew working like clockwork to remove and replace both the house and garage roofs in one day, then cleaned up, not leaving a trace they were there. Provided good guidance afterwards to make sure we had the permits if the city checked back, to suggest we call our insurance agent to get a break in the rate given the more protective roof, etc."

"The roofing crew was fantastic. They listened to all of my concerns and took care of them. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. The whole neighborhood loves the roof! Huge thanks to Ezra, Walter, and Lauren for making this process very easy."

"I had a great experience with Montes Roofing. Jesus is very thorough, does great work, is very reliable, and he took the time to fully explain the issues with my roof and what needs to be done to fix them. Throughout the process, he would invite me up to the roof to point out and explain some of the things he had mentioned to me earlier. He clearly loves what he does, is passionate about it, and is an expert at his craft. I really appreciate the way he does business and would highly recommend his company to anybody who has any kind of roofing needs."
