When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. "Absolutely great experience. I was looking to insulate and seal my garage from my bedroom. I have rough cut beams and 2x6 T&G decking that was not a standard distance apart (meaning there was no way to fit fiberglass insulation in at all, and then put in some kind of vapor barrier). Spray foam was the answer. Very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up when they were finished, and even locked-up for me when they left (I had to go to work). I would highly recommend them for anything you need done!"
