He was very professional and explained everything so I understood exactly what he would take care of. They ended up getting a cancellation and were able to do my roof in a week. He kept in contact through the whole process. His crew arrived on time and they too were very pleasant. They were very thorough from start to finish. They cleaned up afterwards to the point you would never have known I had just had my roof replaced. My roof looks great! I canâ t say enough good things about Roofing Experts! "They punctured the stand pipe to my upstairs bath room with a screw and after the screw corroded, I had sewage leaking inside my wall in my kitchen and into my basement cement blocks. They left the house without siding during the middle of the winter. Wanted full payment before they completed the job. Didn't complete the trim painting until July. Job was contracted in the prior Fall. They kept putting off my job until it ended up not being completed until the following summer. Very dissatisfied with work and the negative attitude of Brian regarding payment for work that was not completed. Repair work was done by another company as I would never recommend or hire Buresh again."

"From the first contact to the end I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism that Mid States Carpenters exhibited. Our roof need to be replaced and due to the timing I was concerned about getting it done before the snow started and temperatures dropped. Mr Penny with Mid States Carpenters was quick to respond and was at my home with a crew in less than a week. Once the crew started my new roof was done in under 2 days, which I would like to add was the 23rd of December. Due to the urgency of the project the insurance claim did not get processed correctly so we were only getting a $300 reimbursement. When I told Mr. Penny about this he stepped in and spoke to the adjuster and provided additional details and photos. The insurance re-opened the claim and paid nearly 50% of the cost of the new roof. I am certain that without him going the extra mile for me I would have been out of luck. I would recommend Mid-States Carpenters to anyone and am so impressed by them that I have shared my experience with anyone that will listen. 5 stars isn't enough in my book."
